Michael Falzon Human Resources Manager

Michael Falzon joined Mazars Malta in January 2016 as Human Resources Manager.

Michael has now been in the HR field for nearly 20 years having worked principally in financial services organisations.  He gradually worked through the various functions of HR and held managerial posts for the last 10 years.  His career has led him to be directly and mainly responsible for the recruitment, retention and continued professional development of staff members.

Michael also worked as a Health & Safety Consultant after having obtained various health and safety certifications, thereby placing him in better position to promote and maintain staff well-being.
