Fiscal Measures

The Malta Budget 2024 has a number of Fiscal Measures.

Capital Projects and Business Incentives

The Minister noted that further investments in the country’s infrastructure will be entered into.

Social Measures

The Malta Budget 2024 included a number of Social Measures.

The Minister announced that investments will be made in the road network which will include introducing more bicycle lanes and pedestrian areas. Moreover, by 2024 the charging points for electrical cars will be increased by around 800 to 1,200.

The Minister of Finance, Hon Clyde Caruana as well as other high ranking Government officials had already announced a number of measures such as the COLA to possibly alleviate this sense of expectation.
