Anthony Attard Managing Partner
Anthony is the managing partner of Mazars in Malta and is also the partner responsible for assurance and accounting services.
Anthony setup Attard Giglio + Co. in 1998 after having obtained audit and accounting experience with Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers. Attard Giglio + Co became first a correspondent of Mazars and then a fully integrated member of Mazars Group in 2008.
His skills in financial accounting and statutory audit are applied to various sectors including insurance, asset management, hospitality, ICT, manufacturing, shipping, gaming, and NGOs.
Anthony is also the firm’s lead partner of the asset management sector, where he heads a team specialised in matters relating to auditing, regulatory, and compliance.
A graduate from the University of Malta in accountancy and a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), Anthony is a certified public accountant. He is a fellow in the Malta Institute of Accountants and a Member of the Malta Institute of Management.
